Dayward

Terms of Use

Last updated 20 August 2026

Dayward is a free goal tracker. These terms are the agreement between you and Crazy Dev Creations for using it.

The short version. It is free. Your data is yours and you can take it or delete it whenever you like. Do not use it to break the law or to attack the service. It is provided as-is, and it is a tracker, not advice.

1. What Dayward is

An app for setting goals with a target and a deadline, logging progress against them, and seeing whether you are keeping up with the time you have spent. It is an Android app.

2. Your account

You need an account so your goals can follow you between devices. You agree to give an email address you control and to keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

One person, one account. Do not share an account or sign in as somebody else.

3. What it costs

Nothing. There are no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, no advertising and no paid tier. If that ever changes, existing users will be told before it applies to them, and no feature you already rely on will be taken away without notice.

4. Your content

The goals, notes and entries you create are yours. Crazy Dev Creations claims no ownership of them and will not publish, sell or use them for any purpose other than showing them back to you and keeping them in sync.

You can export everything at any time from Settings, and delete everything at any time from Settings.

5. Acceptable use

Do not:

An account doing any of the above may be suspended or removed.

6. Reminders

Reminders are scheduled on your own device. They depend on your device's clock, its battery settings and the notification permission you granted. They are a convenience and should not be relied on for anything time-critical — a missed reminder is possible and is not a failure of the service.

7. It is not advice

Dayward records numbers you enter and does arithmetic on them. It is not medical, health, fitness, financial or professional advice, and nothing in it should be treated as such. Talk to a qualified professional before making decisions about your health or money.

8. Availability

The service is provided as-is and as-available, with no guarantee of uptime. It depends on Google Firebase, and an outage there is an outage here. Features may change, and the service may be discontinued — if it is ever shut down, you will be given reasonable notice and time to export your data.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Crazy Dev Creations is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from using Dayward, including lost data, missed goals or missed reminders. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Keep your own copy of anything you would be upset to lose. The export exists for exactly that.

10. Ending it

You may stop using Dayward at any time, delete your data from Settings, and email Krishtasood@gmail.com to have the account removed. An account may be suspended for a serious or repeated breach of section 5, ordinarily with notice.

11. Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially, the date at the top will change and the app will say so. Continuing to use Dayward after that means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute — except where the law of your own country gives you rights that cannot be set aside by agreement.
